1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the services offered by the quad rental company quady.pl.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Customers using the Rental Company’s services.
1.3. Using the Rental Company’s services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Rental Conditions

2.1. Quad rental is available only to adults.
2.2. The Customer must present a valid ID (ID card or passport) and a category B or higher driving license.
2.3. The Rental Company reserves the right to refuse quad rental without providing a reason.

3. Reservation and Payment

3.1. Quad rentals can be booked by phone, email, through the online booking form, or through the Droplabs booking system. 3.2. Payment for the quad rental can be made in cash, by card, or by bank transfer.

4. Rental Duration

4.1. The rental period is counted from the moment the quad is picked up until its return.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1. The Customer is obligated to use the quad in accordance with its intended use and road traffic regulations.
5.2. The Customer is fully responsible for any damage caused while using the quad.
5.3. In the event of a breakdown or damage to the quad, the Customer is obligated to notify the Rental Company immediately.

6. Insurance

6.1. The Rental Company provides basic third-party liability insurance.
6.2. The Customer may purchase additional insurance (AC), which covers damage to the quad.

7. Returning the Quad

7.1. The Quad must be returned in undamaged condition.
7.2. If the Quad is returned damaged, the Customer is obligated to cover the repair costs.

8. Liability

8.1. The Rental Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Quad by the Customer.
8.2. The Customer is fully liable for any violations of traffic regulations while using the Quad.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Rental Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the website.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Rental Company’s services will be resolved by competent courts in accordance with Polish law.
